If you're already in Soller, you shouldn't miss out on visiting the small coastal town of Port de Sóller. The sheltered port on the approximately 80 km long northwest coast of Mallorca is only about 3 kilometers from the main town of Sóller and is easily accessible via the MA-11 state road, by bus or the tram connection established in 1913.

The Port of Soller offers the only sandy beaches on the west coast of Majorca. This lovely little resort offers two beaches along it's horseshoe bay, all with golden sands and clear blue seas.

Port de Sóller Bay/Beach. There are two beaches in Port de Sóller; one at each end of the bay. The best is the 270 metre-long Platja d'en Repic beach, popular with families for its golden sand. The Platja des Traves is the closest beach to the port zone, with the tram line passing behind it. Both beaches offer sunlounger and parasol rental.
